    This course is about vision. More specifically it is about three domains of thinking that determine the function and success of high performance environments. Selection, prediction, and curation.

    This course deals with questions that do not yield clear answers in periods shorter that a year. How do we communicate complex ideas? Can I make my climbers more adaptable? What’s going on at Maboo?

Comp Simulation.

Replicating the types of pressure that athletes will face at national and international events, simulation remains one of the low hanging fruit for fine tuning and evaluating readiness. There may be no better way to answer the question, “Am I ready?”.
